Wayne has been in Steamboat since 1985, after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Psychology. His love of the Yampa Valley and all that it has to offer eventually led him into his real estate career. He is well-versed in selling all types of real estate, but particularly enjoys selling land. His favorite quote by Mark Twain says it all… “Buy land, they aren’t making any more”.
Wayne and his wife Julie have four children and enjoy a busy life on their small ranch. Wayne is an avid skier, mountain biker and also enjoys martial arts, snow shoeing, biking, hiking, camping, and a variety of other adventures. In years past, Wayne spent much of his time coaching youth lacrosse and soccer.
“Any realtor can go through the mechanics of selling you a piece of land, but with Wayne we found a professional who was able to share our vision for the perfect place to call home. He patiently worked with us to sort through the various options until we found a site that felt just right for us. Wayne is a most amiable chap, with a great sense of humor….easy to befriend….and with attention to detail and follow-up.” Tom and Sue Frostman
